Can't login to Origin! Help!

I am having issues from today. I cant login to my origin account as if there was no connection or something. When the Origin login opens, it says "Online login is currently unavailable" . I tried restarting the computer, unplugging the internet and plug in back, but it still doesn't work. I even tried reinstalling Origin, but still nothing happened. I can't even play Multiplayer. I searched the web and everything, but ended up where i began.

HERE ARE THE STEPS.

1. go to control panel.

2. Go to internet options.

3. Click the connections tab and at the bottom of the window click on LAN SETTINGS.

4. uncheck the option Use a proxy server for your LAN.

5. Click Apply.

6. Close orgin restart the program and it should work!

I did all that, but it doesn't work I tried logging in even though it was saying that its not available, then it said "You must be online when logging in for the first time". i really don't know what to do :P
