Can't get the bf4 window up. But i am in the game.

Hi! First of all, sorry for my crappy english.

I can join servers, and i am in the game according to my friends i'm playing with. But i can't get the "window" up, it's stuck in the taskbar and nothing happens when i click on it. Sometimes after maybe 20 min if i am lucky the game pops up an i can play. Bf3 works just fine and punkbuster, gpu drivers and bf4 is up to date. It has worked before. 

Plz halp!
