Can't connect to EA online

hello everyone been a couple days im trying to play battlefield online but its always telling me that failed to connect to ea online I would really appreciate the help of anyone cause i have tried resetting my internet my mac address etc and nothing is working PLEASE HELP ME

@Kikidevilisha Hi, can I double check what system you're on?

I assume you're on PC, were there any major changes or updates on your system when the issue began to manifest? Or have you never been able to play before?

I'm on xbox one used to be able to but for some reason I can't now

Thanks for the info. Can you start by power cycling your router and fully restarting your console. On the Xbox hold the front button until it beeps, then check the game again after the restart.
