same here, 5 days after downloading the game... never played.
I just wonder if I'm going to have the sme problem when/if I buy the game...

Me too, All I can do is look at battle log, cant join any server (only get Blue bar) cant even play the campaign.
Downloaded BF 4 no problems, got the first day update no problem, checked and reloaded:
repaired bf4 game
VC ran both
web plug in.
Running a Win 7 Home premium 64b sp1 (i7 cpu x980 @ 3.33ghz, 12gb ram, Nvidia Geforce GTX 480
I removed my Cisco VPN, I read that removing old C++ installs could help, not confirmed. HELP! I wanna go blast!!!

I'm getting the same issue... Rarely I am able to join a game, but when I leave a server it freezes on the black loading screen so I have to end up exiting with Task Manager otherwise I have to restart my pc because I get "Could not communicate with BF4. Please use the Task Manager to close it down." It's so frustrating! Does anybody else experience this whole problem?

Same problem, can't even do campaign or join my friend's games. I really hope EA can do something about this

Any progress? Or since we already paid about usd 100+ no one is going to do anything?
I wish this company would stop rushing buggy game out.

53 People share this problem and yet nobody has a solution yet? Two days ago i could join any server with no problem. Since that time i have not changed any settings and now i cant join any server. I get the same errors over and over which is "Game Disconnected - Client Closed Down Connection"
Why is there no official help, what poor customer service.
