Can no longer join multiplayer on PS4

I used to be able to join multiplayer no problem on my PS4. From a few days ago I get stuck on 99% of the games on an infinite load/splash screen. I have to physically restart the game to try again. I have reloaded BF4 and re-downloaded all updates and add-ons - no difference. This is becoming unbearable!!

What, no suggestions or responses? How is this customer support? How can I get hold of Dice or EA? Where's the support?
