Campaign's loading screen never disappear after its "loaded"?

Whenever I try to campaign after its been reset, the black loading screen with white symbol never fades after it is "loaded". By loaded I mean that the sounds of cutscenes play and the gameplay after the cutscene as well as the pause menu sounds works but for some reason the loading screen never goes away. As a result campaign is unplayable. Anyone know a fix?
