Hi,
entering the code was ok the first time?
If it was then you have the DLC
the reason why you cannot download is because the DLC
has not been released yet and will be in December.

If you activated the key then it is attached to your account
and you will be able to download on release.

Hi,
the code can be used only once but if the first
the code was accepted then it is linked to your account.
If the code was invalid from the first time, please check and
see if access might already be there (not the download).
If there is no sign of the DLC please contact a game advisor.

* Fill in "account" in the search bar
* hit find solutions
* Then select product in the first selecting bar, account management in the second and select your platform in the last bar.
* Hit find solutions.
Now you will be given multiple solutions to your problem. To contact support you need to click "I still need help".
Now you have the opportunity to start a chat session or contact them by e-mail.

I put my code in and it took it and never downloaded... So will it download when it come out??? ??????????????????????/

The China Rising DLC will not be available for download for another six weeks or so.
