Bf4, cannot connect to ANY servers (PC)

When i try to connect to a server i get the message: 

ERROR

Game disconnected: Client closed down connection. Check your network connection and make sure that port 3659 (UDP) is open.

I have done some research and People think this is a server side issue, still, any help I can get is appreciated, i just got a new video card and i want to get back into bf4, it was working for a while then this started happening, once again, any help is appreciated, have a nice day
