Battlepack unlimited bug on Xbox 360

Just thought I'd report this as I'm pretty much certain this is game breaking as at first I thought it was weird so I opened all the battlepacks I had and then I unlocked another battlepack so when I went to open that there was about another 20 battlepacks

The maint. they just did fixed it for me.  I'm no longer getting reset battlepacks.
