Battlelog not linking

I want to be able to link my PS4 soldier with my Battlelog. I used to play it on XBox 360, and that soldier is linked fine. How do i link my new one?

On you PlayStation 4, did it ask you to log in to your Battlelog on the menu when you first played Battlefield 4?

If so, make sure you used the correct E-mail and Password when you signed in. If you haven't already played on your PS4, make sure you use the account associated with the Battlelog you're trying to link it to.
