Battlelog Issue

This issue may be occurring because you don't have your Xbox account connected to Battlelog...
Other thing is, you may not have the right details... Helpful? :D

I believe you are referring to the in-game Battlelog?  If so, this has been bugged for a long time and there is no user end fix for it.
