Battlefield 4 [ Edited ]

My girlfriend and I play Battlefield 4 on Xbox 360. I can connect to the EA servers and play just fine but she cant connect.. we have tried resetting the router and the modem to our WiFi and it lets me play just fine..but she still cant connect. She's paid 60$ for the game 60$ for premium and 70$ for her hard drive to play battlefield.. and she still cant even play any answers as to why?
