Battlefield 4 xbox one stuck on the falling rain screen

Bought Battlefield 4 today, installed it and launch the application.

I had to move the cursors so my screen was right, and now I am stuck on the falling rain screen with no options....

Not sure what happened can anyone help?

Could you please log out of your Gamertag and then reset your console? To do so, hold down your finger on the Xbox One icon on your console for at least 10 seconds. Try to start the match until the console booted up and is back online.
