Battlefield 4 xbox one single not saving after restarting system [ Edited ]

tried this game on xbox 360 it froze so much i got it for ps4 it errored and erased my save 3/4 through single player now for the xbox one it will not save singleplayer progress this game was rated high ,for what reason?
