Battlefield 4 won't launch

When I log into Battlelog and try to launch either multiplayer or the campaign the it will just say initiallizing and never actually launch, not sure what I need to do here.

I went and messed with my anitvirus, that solved the problem for me, hope everyone else can figure it out!

When trying to join a server, I get the following message as the game starts to run: 

Error 

Game disconnected: something went wrong

I tried reinstalling punk buster as well as installing the vcredist_x86 and still have not been able to run the game.

Everytime I try to launch Single Player, the loading bar says "Initializing" and never opens the game. For Multiplayer, everytime I try to join a match, it says "Joining Soldier", but never joins a match. I realize the loading times are longer, but I have waited for a solid 15minutes without being able to access either the Campaign or the Multiplayer. Is there a fix for this?

Mine just says "Joining Server" forever and never actually errors out...

Yeah I'm still stuck on the "Origin not installed" issue

Having the exact same issue, game never launchers, stays on "initializing", never errors out, never crashes, never launches the game.  Beta worked fine.  I've updated nvidia drivers, ran repair on BF4, and reinstalled BF4.  No luck.

I disabled my norton firewall, still cant

Turned off my Avast antivirus and it changed nothing.

Turned off my antivirus too and still have a same problem.
