Battlefield 4 will not let me change graphic settings.

The game has everything set to low, and says that I'm using a 32-bit OS when i'm not. I have Windows 7 64-bit, but for some reason it will not recognize it, any help would be much appreciated.

In origin, right click BF4 and go to "Game Properties" or something (where you can choose startup options), from the dropdown select X64 to force the x64 executable to be used.
