Battlefield 4 stuttering

AMD Radeon A series. tons of stuttering duiring both campaign and multiplayer. Graphics setup on "auto".

I've tested this and it seems to kind of work. Still some stuttering but overall better performance:

Right click the game in Origin and go to Game properties. Then under the "When launching this game..." drop down menu pick the 32-bit version (which is Battlefield 4 (x86).
