If there's Battlefield 3 installed on your computer you could try this: Update Punkbuster for Battlefield 3 using the pbsetup file. Then copy and paste the "pb" folder from Battlefield 3 to Battlefield 4 and overwrite all existing files. Then launch Battlefield 4.

Anyone stuck with the blue bar at the bottom and then it disappears without loading bf4 do this http://answers.ea.com/t5/Battlefield-4/FIX-FOR-quot-BLUE-BAR-quot-Disappearing-and-not-loading-game/...

It works I have tried everything and this is the ONLY solution that helped a friend get theirs running.
