Battlefield 4 server

Ok so I bought a server and can't connect to it, this is the second day in a row this issue has occured and im to the point where I want it fixed or i want my freaking money back. This game is broken and has so much still wrong with it.

Mine is PS4. Cannot connect as of 7/13/2014.

Update: I was just able to log in to my server 6:29 P.M.
