Battlefield 4 ps4 error

So what the hell is wrong with battlefield on ps4 every time i put in the disc i can play up to level 3 in campaign and it kicks me out the application saying error ce348780 i even tried playing it offline at the same thing happened getting real tired of playing the first 3 levels of campaign played about 5 times already does anyone know how to fix this crap
