Battlefield 4 ps3 premium code redeemed but no download

Hello. I pre-ordered battlefield 4 for the ps3 all the way back in the beginning of October. I recieved the psychical copy along with premium code and rising china dlc. I entered both of my codes on the launch date and expected a download. nothing happened. The next day. I loooked at my download list via playstation store still nothing. Today the problem was supposibly resolved but I checked my download list my ingame soldier and origin. noting appeared. When I go into psn store it says I still need to buy it. Please assist me as soon as possible. I keep looking every 5 minutes or so,

Install the game from the disc, premium will then be applied to your account and China Rising will be available for download when it is released.

I put the premium code in and it didn't download anything it says I don't have it

China Rising will be released in December.

There is no download available until then.
