Battlefield 4 premium wont launch expansion packs

I bought BF4 Premium and downloaded and install Premium and the expansion packs and they say installed but when I try to join a multi player game on one of the expansion maps it says I need to download it.

Where did you buy the game? Which expansion pack does the game require when you join a server?

@sdcutter1 if you in ps4 go to adds and reinstall all the DLC'S
