Battlefield 4 not launching, icon just pops up shortly

Hello,

Since I bought Battlefield 4 I have the following problem. The game won't launch. When I try to join a server in battlelog, the battlefield 4 icon appears in the taskbar and disappears instantly. I have to close the game process in taskmanager then. I am playing in borderless windows mode, sometimes in windowed mode it works. I am now origin access-member, but the problem is still there. Battlelog shows me as "playing Battlefield 4 on pc", but my game is closed. I tried many "solutions" and research for hours on the internet.

Things I tried:

• Restarting Origin
• Restarting PC
• Restarting Router
• Reinstalling Battlefield 4
• Compatibility mode for exe files
• Run exe files as administrator
• Checking ports of the game
• Reinstalled firefox-battlelog and esn plugins
• Exit teamViewer (solved the problem for some days, now it's here again)
• Using battlelog mobile (cannot login there, can't find QR code aswell)
• Update the GPU drivers

My PC: (maybe that helps)

• Intel i7-6700K - 4.00GHz
• 16 GB DDR4 RAM
• NVIDIA GeForce 980 TI
• Windows 10 Home

Hello.

Try to delete folder settings of bf4 C:\Users\[User_name]\Documents\Battlefield 4\ and don't change ingame video options such as 'API graphics" - use DX11, and "Display mode" - use Full screen

- try unplug second monitor and go to nvidia gpu driver and change in it "multiple display performance mode" to "single display performance mode"
