Battlefield 4 loading problems on xbox one

BF4 will not load on xbox one.  I even went to the store and exchanged the game for a new one and it is still doing the same thing.  It attempts to load by showing a city scene then goes black with bars blinking in the top right corner.  I have tried rebooting the game and it is still not  working.  Is there something else I can do to get this to work?  I don't want to restore the console to the factory settings since I have things saved and I don't want to lose them.  All of my other games are working fine except this one.  So I don't think it is a system issue.  Can someone please help?

The game is age restricted, we have the same issue when our son tries to load it using his acct. If the acct is under the required age or has any restrictions set you won't be able to play using that acct. our son uses my husbands acct as he does not play it.
