whats wrong with bf4 ,i cant get into a server, says ea server not responding, please try later. it shows my rank is 7 , but im rank 20

Its not you, its Ea and their servers problem.

In the meantime:

Try selecting TEST RANGE and letting it initialise. Then select a server with free slots and see if you can get into one then.

After a restart it's ok for me.
