Hi I do not speak English and I use translator.
I was a user of Battlefield 4 until a few years ago. I went on the game list to try again today, but I was embarrassed because I did not have Battlefield 4.
I want to replay Battlefield 4, but I want Battlefield 4 to appear again in the game list.

@LarsPendradon Hey, hopefully RedFoxxie's steps helped, but if the issue persists there's likely an account mixup. You might want to check with any alternate logins, or look in older email accounts for a game receipt.

If you have no luck tracking the account you can reach out to support. You can of course have someone speak for you if you wish, as long as you're there to verify identity. You also might find that your language is supported if you click the flag icon in the top right of the page then choose among the regional indicators.
