nahh for me like im almost finishing the game im at tashgar and i quited like last night i go start up the game and like it goes to the cut scene 5 seconds later gives me the problem in the middle of he cut scene like ahhhhhhhhhh plus now im getting really high ping in multiplayer dont know why

same issues here, what i want to know is why did BF4 Beta work flawlessly on my PC and now it just craps on itself

Yep. I got this problem too, except that I'm flawlessly running the 32 bit version of the game. Now, when I try to run the 64bit version, the game insta-crashes to this:

Completely unacceptable. I've gotten a game that takes up about 25GBs of space on one of my hard drives and it doesn't even work. Good job, DICE and EA.
