PC ? If you have a PS3 you can only be a commander on PS3 sorry you have to have bf4 on PC to if you what to be commander there + there are some stuff you need to have to be commander first have the game second be level 10 or above to be able to be the commander if you what to be the commander you have to press commander in server browse or in game press commander section next to the squad section and then press take command that is all about commander
