Battlefield 4 campaign crashing

My campaign crashed on the TASHGAR mission, shortly after I destroyed the transport helicopter. When I try to get back into it by selecting the resume option through the campaign screen, it starts the video of the USS Valkyrie cut-scene, and crashes every time it gets to the part where Garrison asks if there's been any contanct from Tombstone.   I have tried uninstalling, then re-installing the game, tried the repair game option also.

every time I try t0 run either a multiplayer game or the campaign, it starts loading then my computer says that there is a problem with battlefield 4 and I get forced to close the program- please help, I just want to play the game

When I try to launch the game it opens the application and when it attempts to open the window so I can play the game crashes.

• Make sure you have all important Windows Updates installed, also .Net Framework and C++ Redistributables.
• Be sure your video and particularly your audio drivers are up-to-date (update motherboard firmware if you are using on-board sound)
• Your Windows User account should have full admin privileges.
• Run your GPU at stock speeds, not overclocked or factory overclocked.

I have the same problem with the same mission.  This is ridiculous.

yeah, just got this crashing this morn. damn thing worked great till the dam stage and now I can't get the damn thing to move past the beginning cut scene.
