And yet, try to reinstall the driver. This can be a solution to your problem.

Try it:
or try to reinstall a game.
Check your PC for viruses.
And try to clean the system. (AdvancedSystemCare or CCleaner)

Hello,
- First off I would check if the file "WeaponChunks.sb" in your BF4 data folder (X:\Origin\Games\Battlefield 4\Data\Win32) does exist/isn't renamed.
- Go to the BF4 Profiles folder: C:\Users\XXXX\Documents\Battlefield 4\settings\PROFSAVE_profile and open the file PROFSAVE_profile with notepad.
- Search for "0GstAudio.AudioQuality" and replace the 0 with a 4. Keep doing it with all Audio related lines (GstAudio.AudioLanguage 4GstAudio.AudioQuality 4GstAudio.CarRadio 4GstAudio.DialogueVolume)
Best of luck!

Give this a try go to your PC desk top .....in task bar...bottom right side you will see a small white speaker , right mouse click it and pick ... Open volume mixer ... be sure it is turned all the way up just to be sure it did not muted somehow.
Next again.... right mouse click small white speaker bottom right side in task bar and pick playback devices.... on the top of the new window click on playback ...... you should have a green check mark by one in this area. If you do Not then you need to pick the one stating your headset or speakers and right mouse chick it ....once the green check mark is by it... right mouse click it and pick configure speakers once done it apply and you should have sound again on your PC. You will also have to set up your microphone on the recording tab as well.
If you do not have sound yet or even if you do have sound Reboot PC to be sure it took.
