Battlefield 4 Won't launch PC

I downloaded battlefield 4 from amazon yesterday onto origin. I click the link to the game or go to the game through the origin program. i click to play campaign or multiplayer, and the blue bar comes up at the bottom. after about 45 seconds, a popup comes and says "battlefield 4 has stopped working. windows is looking for a solution to the problem." I click OK, and the battlefield 4 program goes away. I have a windows 8 64 bit desktop with GB RAM. I have an intel core i3. Is this a problem with my computer or the game? if so, how can i fix it? thx

I'm having the same issue. I've updated drivers, did a repair install in origin. Tried as Admin for Origin and Battlefield launcher. Tried comp. mode and XP, service pack two worked for two seconds and then it did the same thing. Any repairs found?
