Battlefield 4 Stalling

When in game my game stalls alot, like every few minutes it stall for 3 seconds or so. Meaning my character doesn't move, and after 3 seconds or so it suddenly moves, doing what i pressed 3 seconds ago. Then a few seconds later I get control again. This sometimes happens in the menu too and it makes this game very very unplayable. 

Please help!

Try

-Repairing

-Clean booting - http://help.ea.com/uk/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

-Closing tasks in Task Manager

Try deleting games you don't play or that are taking up space. Otherwise try restarting you console or PC. Please grant XP if this was helpful at all .
