My Battlefield 4 setting are not saving (Binds, graphics, etc.) and my Campaign progress is not saving, but in battlelog It shows my progress
October 2015
I just bought the game from a store as thought it would be good idea to practice before battle front. Disappointed that after all this time from reading the posts it wipes the campaign saved status. Today i took a day off work, with view to unlocking the weapons for some fun, got to stage 6 and the game crashed which is not a problem as i had been coming on and off the game all day, however now its back at the beginning.
So, i would like to know a couple of things.... will EA/Dice fix my progress or would you like to send me details to claim my game refund as obviously it does not do save and it comes with this feature, keeping in mind it is after 1st Oct 2015 and withing 30 day of procurement meaning I would like to exercise my right of refund for good which are not as advertised.
I appreciate you may say things like it aimed at multiplayer but to be blunt i wanted it for the campaign and it does not save which it in short pointless and very poor work on your part. You should be ashamed of yours teams efforts in not fixing this in the time the game has been released.

I've had the same problem. Played thru to Kunlun three times, Tashgar once, and Suez twice.Under the campaign overview it shows all the way to Level 7 Suez, but when I try to click on it to play ,the game goes all the way back to the start at Baku. Buy the disk and load it to Steam.

February 2016
I have the same problem as everyone else; the game returns you to the beginning-I lost all of my progress. I just spend over an hour behind transferred between supervisors and specialists. One woman in Mexico told me that my progress wasn't saved because I wasn't an Xbox Gold member. Really?! Another told me I should restart my modem, etc. When I finally spoke to someone who actually knew what he was talking about he said that there was no way to trouble shoot. I will NEVER buy another EA game again, and not because of the bug, but more because I had to wait an hour before someone admitted that no help was available. Terrible customer service. Fix the problem and fix it now.

They are not going to fix anything.
The only way to "save your progress" is every time you finish playin some of the campaign, save the data to a pendrive and the next time you want to play it, load the progress from it.
Yep...sad...
