Buy Premium edition for Xbox One, I do not download the maps not want to play online and I mark these DLC installed, you go to my games and applications, but nothing comes to me the choice, I should do ??

I'm not sure that I fully understand your issue. If you never downloaded the expansion maps you do not have them to delete since you must manually download the maps on Xbox One.

Also be advised that there is no additional single player content for Battlefield 4 in the Premium Edition.
