Battlefield 4 Premium problem!

PS4 Premium shows installed but is not available in game.

ea dropped another bollock, but keep on selling, 4 days into "fixing" my problem i get told to get a refund from sony, who i now have to go through the same 4 day  period of messages back and forth to try and get my money back i paid for a product that should have worked first time.

then theres the phone bill,, happy days!!!!!!!!!
