Battlefield 4 Not launching, UAC appears then nothing. [ Edited ]

Can't get Battlefield 4 to launch, I click play and UAC '' Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your comp" appears I hit yes then it appears again and I hit yes then nothing happens.

I Checked Task manager and there is no bf4 tasks running only punkbuster.

When I try to launch from battlelog It says connecting to server but never actually does and eventually says there is a problem sorry.

My friend has the same issue as me seems Identical and every time i hit play it says i'm playing, then immediately says i stopped playing. 

I want to say it was working before windows 10 creator update.

Things I have Tried

Repairing game 

Setting all launchers to admin

Repairing C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4\__Installer\vc\vc2012Update3\redist

Removing Ublock origin plugin

Disabling UAC

Launching on Chrome, Firefox,edge,internet explorer, 

Graphics Card driver updated

I contacted Origin they said I need to contact windows so I did. Windows just created a new user account on my PC and moved everything over and that worked for me but I can not stand haveing multiple accounts and duplicate files and It also messed up some of my folders etcetera so I actually went ahead and wiped my computer completely and reinstalled windows 10 and now I have no Issues that windows 10. The Creator update is what messed my games up. Thanks, MS!

These steps should help with most errors that can occur on launch.

-Look for the Battlefield 4 folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield4
-In that directory, find the folder called _Installer.
-In _Installer, navigate to the VC folder, then vc2012Update3, then redist.
-In redist, find both the x86 and x64 versions of VCredist.exe.
-Run the two files, which will install both versions.
-Try again to launch your game.

same problem here and none of the battlefields will work on my pc ...I am confused on what happen..last week my battlefield games all worked

I stated it above but here it is again.

I fix my Battlefield 4 by reinstalling windows, you can also just create a new user account on Windows if you don't want to reinstall. Those were the only 2 fixes for me nothing else worked.

thanks for sharing this solution with other players.

Another option worth trying would be disabling UAC for the launch of the game - please do restart your PC after altering the settings so that they can take effect.

I did disable the UAC this method did not work for me I forgot to mention that I'll update my posts.
