Battlefield 4, Just burned my video card

The new patch just caused my video card to overheat and short out.   

If you have a high end video card be warned that the issue with Battlefield 4 burning up cards is back.

It doesn't work like that. Games can push cards as hard as possible, but it won't "burn up" unless there's an issue with the card or the cooling. 

I'm sorry to hear that you lost some hardware, really. However I feel the need to clarify this, as no game -EA's or otherwise- will "burn up" a card.
