Battlefield 4 Dragons Teeth DLC Maps won't load [ Edited ]

I cannot play specific Dragons Teeth content on battlefield 4 on my Xbox one, everytime I try to join a server I get infinite loading bars in the top right corner of my screen that don't progress any further, I can be waiting more than 30 minutes and still no success. Before you ask yes I have contacted support and they gave me a set of instructions which I completed fully and as you can see it didn't work

Hey guys,

I take it you're all playing on Xbox One - if you have any of the DLCs installed on an external drive, can you please try to move the game and DLCs all in one place on the internal drive.

Several players confirmed that this resolved the issue you are reporting.

Sorry to hear that, I would suggest completely removing bf4 from you're HD. Then re-downloading the title

I am really sorry for those issues with Battlefield 4 DLC. Main game is working just fine on your console? Have you tried to Power Cycle your console and reinstall the game? Keep us updated on your progress.

The base game works just fine I've power cycled my Xbox and I have reinstalled the game and the dlc still no luck.

I'm getting the same issue as well, hopefully EA will sort it out. Really want to play on these maps again

This has been driving me crazy as this dlc worked fine until recently. I reinstalled the dlc, power cycled Xbox and still nothing. Now I'm wondering if it's the other map packs as well.

hi, i have the same problem,i uninstall the dlc and install again but not working . the same problem,stay loading ,not star the game
