Battlefield 4 Crashes when spawning

As of recent, I've been having an issue where BF4 crashes is i spawn as infantry. This happens in the test range as well, and it seems to only happen when spawning "on foot". If I spawn directly into a vehicle, I can drive around and play but as soon as i exit the vehicle the game crashes. Or more like, it turns off. I don't get a crash message or anything, it just exits the game. I have tried repairing my installation but it changed nothing. Please help!

I have found solution!

-Go to C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\Battlefield 4\settings and delete the file "PROFSAVE_profile" (or you could just move it somewhere else on your PC for safekeeping).This will also reset keybindings and graphics settings so you will need to do them again when you launch the game.

Please do a DXDiag and Ping and post your results (upload DXDiag to docdroid.net and share it)

To Gather DXDiag Info,

1) Press Win+R
2) In the run box type 'DXDiag' then hit enter
3) If you have a 64-bit PC click the button 'Run 64-bit DxDiag' (if you have a 32bit PC this option will not be avaliable)
4)Press 'Save All Information'
5) To share this file with me upload it to http://www.filedropper.com/ and share URL


To Ping EA follow these steps,

1)Press Win+R, in the box type CMD and hit enter
2)Type into CMD 'ping easo.ea.com'
3)Hit enter and await results.

The ping gave about 132ms response time.

To Clean Boot Your PC,

1) Press Win+R
2) Type 'msconfig.' in the prompt and hit enter
3) When Msconfig opens select 'General'
4) Choose Selective Startup option.
5) Uncheck 'Load startup items box'
6) Open the 'Services tab' then select 'Hide all Microsoft services' Option at the bottom of the tab
7) Press 'Disable All' Button
8) When prompted restart.

Same issue here to the T.  This is why I stopped playing in May, hoped now it would be repaired.  Nadda.

To answer your question Yamathor a clean boot is done to ensure that no programs are interfering in the background with BF4.

I suggest you try what Vladoste has stated as this is good advice and just may fix this for you please see his post.....
