Battlefield 4 3659 port problem!

Amm hello ._. i am Marios and i got a very very big problem.I can't join over 90% of the server about a problem a port problem.When i am try to join a server when it is able to say loading level after that it says ''ERROR

Game disconnected: Client closed down connection. Check your network connection and make sure that port 3659 (UDP) is open.'' 

Plz if someone know something help me plz i wanna know how to open this port and play again bf4 .

For Battlefield on PC, please enable the following online ports on your connection:

TCP: 80, 443, 9988, 20000-20100, 22990, 17502, 42127
UDP: 3659, 14000-14016, 22990-23006, 25200-25300

For specific instructions on how to open your ports, please visit http://www.portforward.com/ or contact your router manufacturer.

it didn't helped me :/ i got windows 8.1 and nothing for those things is avelable on windows 8.1 is somebody know how can i found  a way on this on windows 8.1?

my firewall is protected for my antivirus(Mcafee) and i can't change nothing D: .**bleep** why :/

Hello,

I recommend you to remove McAfee since it is one of the worst antivirus software there is. Than just get microsoft Deffender and Security essentials up and running than on the firewall add these rules from above comments and than it should work fine.

WTF WHY? I'm using McAfee, I'm happy with it and I pay for these services just go to:

Web and Email>Firewall>Ports and Systemservices>Add>add the ports

I would just like to chime in.
I have full access to my router and firewall settings etc - all those ports are open and I had this problem.

Nothing to do with the user, rather the server and/or EA.
