Battlefield 1 premium pass region mistake

Hello,

I just bought the premium pass from my account, which is in USA, and my game is Europe region.
I didn't know that they will not work together, and now I can't play the dlcs even thought i bought the premium pass.

How to fix this?

Hey @Abol3zz,

since you're talking about region locked content, you're probably playing on PlayStation.

Since this is a digital purchase on Sony's platform, I would go ahead contact them and ask if they can get you either a refund or if they can transfer that Pass to another region. Hope they can get that sorted for you.

Thank you for your response, I contacted sony and they were very responsive.

They will do a one-time refund for the season pass.
