Battlefield 1 Insiders Problem

Battlefield 1 Insider. I haven't received anything after I sign up. i'm registered 1-2 month ago. No email confirmation, no walpapers, nothing... i need help because, the alpha is live now. It's unfair, i sent emails for support but, no one answers me. Someone can help me please?

Not everyone who signed up will have been invited to the closed alpha I'm afraid. It's invite only so if you haven't received an invite our support teams won't be able to assist.

According to this tweet from the Battlefield community manager it looks like there may be a beta you might get a chance to participate in, in the future.
