BF4 wont start

hi i traded in my xbox one for a xbox one s and i re installed BF4 but when i go to load it it just says the game took to long to load is there a way i could fix this.

Have you tried doing a hard reset of the Xbone by holding the power button until it shuts down and then rebooting?

yeah ive followed every step even spoke with someone at ea and nothing works i'm thinking of leaving BF1 incase that wont work.
