BF4 won't launch

hi it showing me 999 ping 

ERROR

Could not communicate with BF4. Please use the Task Manager to close it down. its happend last 5 days before Inever had this problem

Since the patch I was not able to play BF4 on any servers, I get this error every time.

On full servers I get into the waiting queue and when it's my turn I get this error, right now the game won't start even for test range..

In case it's relevant to help us deal with it, my system:

AMD FX-6300

AMD Radeon R9 270X (Catalyst 14.9)

8GB DDR3 

Windows 8.1 Pro x64
