BF4 refund not working. HELP!

I recently bought Battlefield 4 a couple days ago. I decided to refund it and go through the refunding process. In the final step I clicked Next and it was taking already a couple minutes to load. I then opened a new tab and decided to do it all over again but it was still taking too long to load. I then closed both tabs and I went to my order history and see that my request was refunded. I clicked on "See more details" and it says that page doesn't exist and EA hasn't contacted me about my refund for probably 3 days at this point. I can no longer ask for a refund again because it says I already request for a refund. I also read that I'll get a response within 48 hours but it's been more than that any I never got any email.

First, select the game:

Then select your platform:

Now select and describe your problem (or as close as you can get):

You will now get shown the most optimal way to contact EA with your given problem:

The available methods depend time of day, time of week and holidays in the country selected in the selector in the top right corner:

Changing the above language to United States or similar countries with large support departments can sometime make live chat appear if it's not available in your country.

 

If the ways to contact EA or the live chat or similar does not appear try another browser, disabling browser addons/extensions or internet security applications which might be blocking it, clearing the browser cache and temporary files or try it in a private browser tab.
