BF4 premium. what the litteral f*ck is going on

So since i got BF4 and Premium for PC i have had this issue just havent gotten around to posting it here but anyways

the issue is that i am pretty sure i bought premium and i have played on premium maps before on PC and on Battle log it says that the soldier is premium so here is the problem. i cant play on premium maps anymore as i have switched computer since last time and i cant download any DLC or premium it still says i have it but i cant use it there are no other maps or weapons no battlepacks no events.

if anyone knows how to fix this please tell me kinda want my premium
