BF4 - claims expansions not installed, can't play on them

Whenever I try to play on a server that has anything beyond the base game Battlelog tells me I need to install the expansion and refers me to Origin.  Origin has the expansions fully installed and in fact I played on them yesterday.  I am a Premium member so I have access to all expansions.  They are definitely installed and I even attempted a repair whigh verified 100%.  Still nothing.  Servers on the base game maps work fine.

Try these simple steps, for some this has solved similar issues for other players.

Right click on Origin.exe icon from your desktop or wherever you have the shortcut for it then select Run as administrator. Then in the Origin application right click your game in the My Games tab and from drop down choose Repair Game.

Turn off your antivirus programs when trying this. That usually can effect games unfortunately. Also windows firewall and windows defender can also mess up a download/installation. Be sure to re enable everything once it is done to keep your PC secure.

I download the Navel strike i can not play navel strike.  i keep getting

I have the same problem everything is installed but battlelog tells me I need to update. I have tried the registry edit fix and this did not help. 

Every time I try to "repair game" this fails at 100% saying the network timed out and to try again later wtf is this

Have the same issue as you tizzla. it gets to 99% and it says "Network has timed out" I know for a fact that my internet is fine as I managed to download the Naval Strike DLC, but the patch for the game itself fails.  http://i.imgur.com/KEePAcs.png
