BF4 battle-packs

So today I got on battlefield 4 I already own premium and have opened the battle-packs a that have come out for it. To my surprise all of the items I've gotten from the battle-packs I've already opened have disappeared including the premium ones. I have been searching to see if this has happened to anyone else and I've found nothing please help.

Yeah, super pissed. Hopefully they'll give us back our stuff, or at least the premium stuff.

You have the problem with the battlepack ? because i'm prime and i have the carbon cut but tonight when i was looking in my loadout i haven't the cut ....

There is a benfit!!! It seems that any xp boost you get will stay no matter how many times the bp's reset! :D

Happened to me to on the ps4, lost my green sight

Same here, nothing I get in battlepacks show up when I configure loadout.
