BF4 Won't Start/Launch

I am having a major issue with BF4, I've done everything a novice computer user could think of without delving deep into code i.e I've repaired, reinstalled, restarted, disabled Antivirus and gotten on a live chat with EA which didn't help at all etc.  Effectively what happens is, I hit start then the webhelper tab comes up, I click yes and then it goes back to the origin page.

Any help is appreciated
