BF4: Unable to access Dragons Teeth DLC

  I tried to Play Dragons Teeth maps today on my PS4 and it says I need to buy the maps --I have BF4 Premium--, and when it redirects me to the Store it says its not available. Restoring Liscenses does not work either.
